The Non Resident KeralitesAffairs is a division of the Government of Kerala which was established on December 6, 1996 for addressing and resolving the issues of non-resident Keralaites
It is the designated authority for the attestation of educational document originated in Kerala. It implements welfare programs and it renders additional assistance to Keralites. The objective of NORKA is tracing the missing keralites abroad, and they are providing HRD attestation facility for the Educational certificates. This HRD attestation process is known as Norka attestation.
Procedure of Norka Attestation
First step: Filling an online application form to obtain authentication certificate and which is time saving.
Second Step: Submit the application form with original passport and all the educational documents with Norka.
Third Step: Finally, the Norka would attest the educational certificates and applicants can collect the documents from Norka centers.
